"The hotel served its purpose. The staff was wonderful! The place was kept clean, the rooms are newly renovated, and there were places to eat around it. I was looking forward to hanging out at the pool however it’s in the middle of the parking lot with no chairs or tables around it so that was a very big disappointment."

"This property was a good deal for what my group used it for: a two-night stay to visit an event at the Oviedo mall. For the price, the number of rooms and the amenities were great! Unfortunately, since this is an older house, it has its share of issues (hard-to-open back doors, fire alarm beeps low battery when the AC is running). It's Florida, so be ready for bugs. I advised the host the bathrooms need floor mats; thankfully plenty of towels and a very nice washer/dryer are provided. The host was friendly when responsive, but not as quick at responding as I would have preferred. Overall, a fine stay if you're looking to not break the bank but still have beds for almost a dozen people."

"Our teenage grandkids enjoyed the pool and game room. We had plenty of space for our group of 5. Home was clean and organized, which we always appreciate. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. Thanks for helping us enjoy a great visit with our family!"
