"The room heat was broken and the bath faucet leaked heavily. A ceiling tile collapsed in the fitness room. I was not injured. The pool was not in service. The staff were so pleasant, I didn't care about the rest. Gary, Ray, Lee Ann and one other person were all just as pleasant as they could be."

"We had a great time staying at Casa Alma! The house was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. We were staying with young children, so walking distance to park/playground was crucial! The TV was easy to navigate and had plenty of entertainment options. The backyard was also spacious and well-maintained. When we had questions, the host responded with MINUTES! Overall, we had a great family vacation and would stay here again, thank you!"

"We stayed here for five nights and would stay here again. This trip was to attend my mother’s funeral, and over the course of the last month or so, we have stayed in three different locations due to her illness. This property was by far the best of them. The amenities were extensive, which made our stay during a difficult time easier. The home is spacious, well-equipped, with lovely décor, and quite comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs, and it has a lovely patio with comfortable furniture. The home is located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to I-4 and 417, and it is close to shops and restaurants.
