"Our room was nice and clean as was the rest of the hotel. I was hesitant because I had recently stayed with a friend at another BW property in the Houston area and I didn’t feel it was very clean or taken care of. However, I am happy to report that the Jacksonville BW was very tidy and the staff were very nice- every single one we interacted with. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future. "

"The staff were friendly and answered requests immediately for extra towels and to clean the room. The negatives noted were the tiny, smelly soap and shampoo, the bathroom door didn’t shut closed and very high sink that children or short adult like myself could not reach without a step stool."

"Breakfast hours were 6 to 10 am and there were lots of options each day Water pressure in the shower was low, making it hard to rinse shampoo. Staff was amazingly helpful! Bed was comfortable. Light shone in around the door of the room so it was also a little noisy when people were in the hall."

"This place was awesome.one of the nicest places I've stayed.abby was a fantastic host.we saw deer,bunnies and had everything we needed.it was so peaceful.just wish it was closer to calif.i would sure stay again.if im ever in texas again I will definetly be booking again."

"My wife and I absolutely loved this place! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, it felt like we’d known them for years. The bunkhouse was spacious, cozy, and so comfortable that we honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s pet-friendly, and their pets were even friendlier! Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we plan to stay here every time we’re in town to visit, if they’ll have us. Great place, and even greater people!"
