"We stayed at the hotel for 11 days over 2 separate bookings. The hotel in general is a good place to stay. The ground maintenance staff/ house keeping and a couple of the reception workers were kind and welcoming and always smiling. There were a few reception workers who were not so welcoming and rude. 1st booking - the room we booked was not available so the hotel provided an upgrade. Unfortunatley even though they said it was an upgrade, they locked 1 of the rooms and another area. When we...

"A few km outside Jaffna. Friendly informative owner who we had informative conversations. The hotel offered Sri Lankan menu - which we didn’t use as we were out and about in Jaffna. A variety of people staying at hotel , both srilankans and Europeans. Rooms were spacious . Bathroom could have been better maintained , we were happy overall. Would recommend if you are looking for a convenient interesting place to stay. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. "

"The wifi went down every evening. The breakfast is Sri Lankan vegetarian. I’m completely flummoxed why previous reviewers say the location is good. They seem to believe that its location between the city and the beach is an advantage. It is near nothing. I had to walk a minimum of 30 minutes to find a restaurant or a grocery store. As a result you have to drive to get anything."
