"My husband and I have chosen this hotel 3 times for the easy access to other hotel’s restaurants and attractions., the rooftop fireplace, and the excellent coffee. The staff is always nice and helpful and they also remember us each time. The rooms are comfortable and clean."

"We stayed on a Saturday during the off season in late April so they didn’t have a lot of customers. This was the cheapest hotel with good reviews so that’s why we booked it. Check in was quick. Room was clean. Air conditioner did have a slight musky smell at first but it either went away or we got used to it. Pool was open and clean. Overall, it did the job for why we were there. "

"Amazing job on the remodel so far. I would recommend staying here and decent price. Wintergreen was a regular stop for our family. Restaurant is a bit pricey. Food looked great but was not very hot. $40+ for breakfast for 2 and we didnt order anything big. Disappointing as I was always happy with the old restaurant. Maybe skip the restaurant."

"The pool was down for maintenance. There is no elevator, no business center/printer. The room was fine except our tub didn’t drain properly. The breakfast was atrocious. There was food and filth down the fronts of the cabinets, no water, juice machine not working, waffle machine and counters were filthy. Would not stay here again."

"Breakfast was very good and mostly fresh. Only one pancake machine was working and not very good at that. Too long a wait so we didn't have any."

"This was the worst stay I have ever had!! This place needs some serious updating and renovations. Beds are uncomfortable and pillow are hard. There were kids running the halls late at night and the person above us was jumping off beds and you can hear everything. Someone knocked on our door and ran after midnight. I called and complained and they did nothing."
