A narrow path winding through the reeds, an exceptional view of the Alpilles: you’ll be staying at Domaine de Malaga, a preserved 400-hectare regenerative farm : a kingdom of bulls, horses, and birds, that has been passed down through the Callet family for four generations.

The Mas Saint Jean at the Domaine de Malaga places you at the heart of this authentic rural life in Maussane-les-Alpilles, in the Vallée des Baux de Provence.

When you stay in one of our three serviced Farmhouses, we welcome you into our family’s history. Each has been uniquely designed and furnished with antique pieces and family heirlooms passed down through the generations. Every detail has been carefully considered to blend style, modern comfort, and a connection to nature.

Le Mas Saint-Jean stands at the heart of a magnificent, fully enclosed, tree-lined property spanning 5,000 m². This 300 m² residence, featuring typical Provençal architecture, offers interior living spaces bathed in light. The ground floor centers around a cosy living room with a fireplace, opening onto a large, fully equipped kitchen. This space is ideal for preparing meals with friends and family, to be enjoyed in the adjoining dining room or outdoors. This single-level floor plan is complemented by a second, intimate living room that serves as an office and TV lounge, as well as a first bedroom featuring a large terrace and its own private bathroom. Upstairs, the hallway leads to four spacious bedrooms, including a massive 80 m² master suite. Each room offers a panoramic and soothing view of the surrounding countryside.

Outside, the tranquility is broken only by the gentle murmur of nature. All around the property, herds of horses and cows ensure the peace and quiet of the surroundings. The 12 m x 6 m heated pool invites you to fully savour the gentle Provençal way of life. For your al fresco meals, the outdoor dining area, sheltered beneath fragrant jasmine, features a Kamado Kokko barbecue. There, you can grill our organic meat, available directly from our shop, Le Mazet des Saveurs. The patio furniture and gazebo offer two cosy spots to admire the magnificent sunsets over the Alpilles. Finally, the tree-lined grounds promise wonderful moments of togetherness over a game of pétanque, ping-pong, or football.
