Located in a quiet and peaceful street, you can enjoy a swimming pool and a large garden of 500m2 with terrace. The house has all the necessary facilities for optimal comfort.
Mauguio is a dynamic village, you will be less than 15 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from Montpellier and 10 minutes from the airport.

POOL TOWELS PROVIDED

You will occupy our family home, so we will ask you to take the greatest care of it and to respect the equipment that we leave you at your disposal.
A deposit check (mandatory) of 1000€ will be requested on your arrival and returned on your departure after having carried out the inventory of fixtures and the return of the keys in your presence.
