The house has a large bright living room with a large sofa, a TV, Wi-Fi and a dining area with a large table and 4 chairs.

It offers 5 bedrooms spread over two levels:

1 air-conditioned master suite with 180 cm double bed, dressing room and TV.
1 air-conditioned bedroom with 160 cm double bed, wardrobe and TV.
1 bedroom with bunk beds (90 cm), not air-conditioned.

Upstairs:

1 air-conditioned bedroom with 140 cm double bed and wardrobe.
1 air-conditioned bedroom with 140 cm double bed and desk.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, gas stove with oven, extractor, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as everything you need to cook.PGJyPg�PGJyPgOutside, You will enjoy a magnificent 100 m² terrace, a real living space, with a large table that can accommodate up to 10 guests. A summer kitchen equipped with a barbecue, a plancha, a sink and a worktop, is at your disposal, as well as a pleasant garden furniture with sofa and poufs for moments of relaxation.

We also provide you with a ping pong table on the 2nd terrace with racket and balls, 2 bicycles, 1 paddle.

A paid parking space is available right in front of the house (35 €/week, subscription allowing you to park anywhere in Carnon)

All amenities at the port of Carnon 10 minutes walk away: supermarket, greengrocer, butcher, fishmonger, many restaurants, Carnon market on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

This villa is first and foremost our family home, which we have the pleasure of sharing with our travellers when we are not there. We hope you feel as good there as we do.
