"The lobby was oddly not connected to the rooms. There wasn't signage out front so we were unsure if we were in the right place when we arrived. The rooms were very bare feeling. The sofa squeaked when we sat on it. The bathroom was very small. The pool had no water in it. Won't stay there again. "

"We recently stayed at this property and overall had a pleasant visit. The home has several standout features, including beautiful views, frequent wildlife sightings, a spacious open floor plan, a well-equipped game room, a theater room, and a relaxing hot tub. These amenities made for an enjoyable stay and the property has a lot of potential as a premium vacation rental.That said, we were disappointed by several maintenance and cleanliness issues that felt out of place for a property advertised as a luxury rental. We found several maintenance and cleanliness issues that did not meet that standard, including dirty and rusty kitchen knives, a dirty cutting board, an electrical outlet hanging out of the wall, a broken shower caddy left on the shower floor, and worn, damaged deck chairs. None of these issues individually were major, but collectively they detracted from the experience.Communication was another area where improvements could be made. Questions were not answered until the following day, and we received no notice that a decorator and the owner would be visiting the property during our stay. Their vehicles occupied much of the narrow driveway while we were trying to leave, creating confusion and making it difficult to get our vehicles out.While we enjoyed the property, the condition, communication, and unannounced visit fell short of the expectations set by the listing and price point."

"Staff was professional, helpful and positive; which made for a good experience. Property was clean and well maintained. Free breakfast and free paining was a great amenity. There were a few minor downsides for me. I didn’t like that the bathroom was only half private. The toilet and shower had a privacy door, but the sink area was not private. This can make things awkward if you need privacy such as after a shower. Another issues I had, again minor, was the remote was not intuitive. Although instructions were provided, the remote used toggles, rather than up and down volume and channel buttons; and the toggles weren’t labeled as such. And my final downside is, there was no microwave. Again, minor inconveniences, but it would have made my stay even better."

"This was a perfect location and layout for our family with older grandparents that flew in for our son's graduation from Mines. Location is convenient for restaurants, groceries, and close to the school. Two bedrooms on the main floor for accessibility to all the living areas. Kitchen is very nice and well stocked with cookware. There is a lot of space. Host communication is excellent. Checkout expectations are very reasonable and low effort. Great experience."
