Very well-located hotel opposite the Okaido tram station, and adjacent to covered shopping arcade full of restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance to Matsuyama castle ropeway. Room was very clean, spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel was so lovely to stay at. Our room was gorgeous and included a private sauna that we loved. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. It's just a short walk from the train station, making it a great place to stay if you'd like to sightsee in Fukuoka. We also loved our breakfast here!

We visited Matsuyama for our anniversary, truly one of the best experiences I've had. I would simply come back to Matsuyama just to stay at Lepo Chahal. Perfect location, great atmosphere, sauna was very relaxing and staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in the prime area of the city. Right on top of Mitsukoshi department store. Nearby is full of shopping centres and restaurants. The room is very spacious, clean and super comfortable. We can even enjoy sauna in the bathroom. What an amazing and great experience!

Delightful - you should stay here

A boutique (15 room) hotel built into the mitsukoshi department store. Service is superb. Rooms are large, bright and very tastefully appointed. You get a private sauna which has the unfortunate effect of super heating your bathroom so perhaps ask for this to be switched off in advance of tour arrival if it’s summer. The restaurant, Aino, is super and the staff hugely accommodating and attentive (they opened and prepared a full buffet just for us, which is extraordinary). Breakfast is a set menu and is very high quality. Well worth the premium.

サウナとか室内は大変良かったのです。 しかし車が三越の駐車場に泊めれ無いのが残念でした。 チェックアウトして三越に車を移動して買い物したのですが、三越で買い物するのであれば車と泊まれたら便利で良かったと思います。
