The air cleaner machine in the room was a nice plus; used it whenever we were in the room. The breakfast brunch was very good with a wide selection to choose from; I ate an American breakfast and my wife ate mostly Japanese dishes. Also being able to leave our luggage with the Bell Captain until time to head to the airport was very convenient.

The best location in Matsuyama

The location of this hotel is the best in Matsuyama. Close to the Okaido shopping mall, with Mitsukoshi Department store, and to Matsuyama Castle. Very quiet at night. Clean room and good service. The breakfast buffet is excellent with good view of Matsuyama city.

Had a wonderful stay. I booked the premium room with queen bedin the central building, Room was big, very comfortable. Fairly well insulated for noise. Aircon worked well. The toilet was spacious and there was ample hot water with very good water pressure, blackout curtains could be better at blocking out sunlight in the mornings, but it wasn’t that big a problem for me, I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Great hotel. Lovely staff,polite,hard working. Convenient to everything including the castle and great food. Wish parking was simple like Osaka with turntable and self parking but this is just a wish. Parking was cheaper outside then at hotel was expecting parking to be included in price otherwise would have parked at lot right behind goe cheaper. Maybe I missed that when reserving hotel that there was a charge.

Excellent hotel. Rooms were good and quiet. Hotel is on a quiet street, but an easy walk to Shambashi station with lots of great restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of attention to detail. breakfast was good also. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Tokyo.
