Check-in was convenient and friendly and very accommodating when we added a third person to the room on short notice. We will be revisiting it in the future for sure. "

"A very pleasant stay at the Westin~ The hotel is located at the 26-34/F of a commercial tower, which offers wonderful city view no matter from the lobby or our room! The room is luxurious and spacious - which is quite rare for Japanese hotels. It takes a 10-min walk from Sendai Station and a 15-min walk from the central shopping area Aobadori. But again the pleasant accommodation worths the walk! "

But was surprised they charge still for the parking and at that time the top floors facilities are reconstruction so not available. They should accommodate the parking since they are missing some of the services."
