The facility was clean. The morning and dinner buffets were good. Outdoor onsen had two pools with different temperature settings. Hotel is located close to the main attractions at Matsushima. Good value.

Beautiful place with the surroundings and scenery, but very tourist tour bus orientated, couldn't find any convenient store or super market, everything was expensive and targeting the wealthy Asian tourists, definitely wouldn't go back
