"The location couldn’t be beat. We went on this trip with our 10 year old and my husband’s mother and it was the perfect amount of space. Comfy couch for lounging inside, spacious dining table for indoors. Our favorite thing was the deck furniture (a large table with umbrella and an outdoor couch and chairs) to sit outside and watch the water. It was amazing to see the tide go in and out and my daughter had fun collecting sea glass at the little beach off the property and walking far out when the tide was low. Host was friendly and very communicative. Would recommend and come again!"

"An excellent waterfront house in owls head.The property was just as described in the listing and accompanying photos, which is not always the case in our experience. The location is very close to all the restaurants and other must-sees in the Rockland area, and the view of the bay and harbor from inside the house is extraordinary. The configuration of the house is very user friendly, and having available ac is a real plus."

"Such a cute and unique property in the perfect location for exploring all of the mid coast. We come up to visit friends every summer, and the post office was the perfect home base. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Doug was super responsive and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend "
