"Arrived early but waited 2.5 hrs for a room. Had to change rooms due to an ant infestation. Second room was better but had ants too. Was never told there was a special Christmas lunch and paid 10 times normal cost for a poorly presented, cold and tasteless meal.The staff are helpful but the hotel is poorly managed and needs extensive renovation"

"This property is located in a central area, walkable to many dining options and etc...the building itself has only 10 years, furniture is nice and comfy beds. Cleanness needs a little bit of attention on the small details, walls, fridge, hallways...and they definitely should invest in new towels and sheets. Overall it's ok, but needs some improvement...management needs to advise their associates more and they need supervision. "
