The room was very clean and a pleasant surprise from the outside appearance. The pool was okay but could be a little cleaner. The external appearance definitely lets it down.

Rating in comparison to any country motel, its a very clean and tidy country motel.
Everything worked well, check in was great. Group I was with had stayed there many times and were very complimentary about the management.
Lacks a bit of "warmth", a bit sparse. Some more tress etc would soften the place.
Bonus was no truck noise at night as its on the main road

Still the best place to stay in Mathoura
Madeleine (previous owner) had a great hospitality instinct which the renovations manifest but still need refining.
The room had not been properly prepared for my arrival but this was remedied when brought to notice.
Shower floors are slippery and need a non skid mat.
There were no towel rails in the bathroom or main room and without these eco friendly claims diminish.
Room comfortable and met my needs in its renovated form. I note renovations are a work in progress in respect of the gardens and crossovers from car park to rooms some of which require earlier attention.
