"Clean house, comfy"

"Great renovation with open downstairs design and upstairs rain shower was a big hit. Minutes away from beach and downtown!! Will definitely stay again."

"Very clean and comfortable close to the beach and downtown. It was the perfect location. We had a lovely time at the beach and strolling through the shops. Great for a 3 day getaway"

"The close proximity to the park was perfect for our children and walking our dog"

"Nice rambler in a great in town location with hot tub, firepit, and fenced in yard. Also great value for the price. "

"We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!"

"We really enjoyed this spot and look forward to returning! The hosts were very responsive and nearby should something come up. When we arrived there were items for us from the local bakery and the house is was stocked in a thoughtful way which allows you to pack lightly. Park proximity and a short beach walk was perfect. Sets a high bar for a pet friendly stay!"

"Wonderful stay and cute cottage and location"

"Great place loved it!"

"This home is comfortable, well appointed, and in a great location. Host is accommodating and communicates appropriately I highly recommend this property!"

"The home was perfectly situated in Cape Charles and on a quiet street. The home was well equipped with everything, the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking pots/pans and anything you needed to cook with. Check out was a breeze! The screened in porch was perfect in the evening. Golf cart is always a nice touch for properties in Cape Charles."
