"The front desk guy was not nice. He kept rubbing my debit card alot. It was creepy. I was followed onto the elevator by an unsavory person. They stole my wallet with my ID and bankcard. Early the next mornng he used it 3x from a cc terminal which was located in an animal rescue place. Bank stopped him. Had to end my trip."

However, Mr. Tee quickly took care of the situation and provided me with a much better room. The hotel itself was not perfect and could use improvements in some areas, but Tee’s kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness made my stay much better. I am truly grateful to him, and that’s why I decided to leave a positive review"
