I had a good stay at California Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth, and everything was well maintained. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would stay here again.

Good value for money! For the price you pay, you really get the most out of your stay. The motel is pretty clean and well maintained. It’s a motel, so it’s not realistic to expect five star service, but it serves its purpose perfectly.

There were a lot of homeless camping around the building , clean building besides the pot smokers smoking around my room.

I’ve stayed at pretty much every hotel around rancho for work, and honestly, california inn has the best location, right in the city center and close to everything. you really can’t beat the prices either. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt bad seeing so many negative ones. it’s really not that badl, it’s rancho! the only downside is they don’t serve breakfast or even coffee, but there’s a starbucks right next door.

I love the fact that they don't have a security deposit, and that they accept cash. The night lady was super accommodating and friendly. It was an easy fast process to extend my stay. The room smelled a little funky and the bed was not that great.

The clerk that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Security seemed to be a real priority with this place, which makes me think this is not a really good area...but we felt secure. The place is a bit run-down, but was very clean.

Nice little getaway 😁

Our stay was acceptable, room was decent. The only complaint we have is the mold in the tub... apparently maid must have missed it a few times! Never the less, out stay was enjoyable and the staff was great. Nice little getaway 😁

Very nice staff and cost was nice

Our trip for the weekend was to the river. This Hotel, California Inn & Suites, Rancho Cordova, was located exactly where we needed. The staff was very nice and served with a smile. It's not a 5 star hotel but it was perfect for our trip. The cost was low and this attracts a certain type of people but it was quiet for our Friday and Saturday night stay. We would stay again if we are in town again.

Staff was nice. No ammenities- No Coffee, ice machine broken. Missing frame around bathroom door. Exposed nails, graffiti indoors, dirty floors, hair dryer didn’t heat. People cussing and partying and yelling in the middle of the night. Clearly people are living here. Vouchers?

For the money : The room looked recently remodeled, was nice, clean & didn't smell. The bathroom is rather small. The Hotel is next to an IHOP & shares a parking area, so the noise was loud at times. However I never worried about it. The Hotel is on a one way street.
