" I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I originally booked a suite at a higher price specifically because it had a separate sleeping area from the living room. However, what we were given was just a standard room with two beds. I contacted them via message and asked for a refund for the price difference, but they never responded. The room itself was extremely uncomfortable—very stuffy, dirty, and filled with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. There was no proper ventilation at all. The bedding was unclean, and the bathroom was in a terrible condition and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There was no microwave in the room, and the shower only worked at its highest pressure with no way to adjust it. Overall, it was such an unpleasant stay that we could barely sleep through the night. "

"Checked in ok. Went to my room. As I stepped off the elevator, i could smell Marijuana. As i walked down the hall, the smell got stronger. Went down to the lobbya dn talked with the young lady at the desk. She said they are not expose to be smoking. Took a few minutes to get her to want to change my room. The next morning i talked with a man at the desk about it. He said they will be xharged for dsmoking in the hotel. With a sorry for the issue. When said sorry, it was with the attitude of i dont care and you deal with it. Not staying here again."
