What I like the most is the customer services was great, they put their efforts to help me to me the last minutes changes of my staying. Thank you so much. You all makes me feel safe and enjoy my stay. The food were delicious. I really enjoyed my vacation. What I see need to look at it, is ordering drinks, some bartenders does not know or understand mixing the drinks, when ordering soft drinks or liquor, beer takes for ever to get it. There was only 1 waitress that I seen 2 straight nites, she busted herself tried to serve everybody. But She really did a great job and always served with a smile. Thank you Taumeasina, overall your hotel is the best on island. I highly recommended Taumeasina hotel to my family and friends for their vacation. My family will be visiting Samoa in July, 2024. See ya'll again in July. Faafetai tele. Warm aloha and Talofa from me.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alec Home Away. Our room was nice and clean. The Air Con worked perfectly well. Staff were amazing. Will definitely stay with you guys again when we are back on the island. Many Thanks Hamatupu & Sulu

Beds are comfortable and room is spacious. Very family friendly. Tiny flaw that can't be helped is shower and toilet are a bit outdated. Cleaners still do a great job maintaining cleanliness daily. Reception & kitchen staff were great & always on hand to help when needed.

"We stayed for a week in the over water bungalow. The bungalow is showing its age, however still really comfortable. This is five star location, with the balcony over looking the ocean.
