"Wonderful property for families- beautiful views and great pool with lazy river and water slides. The food and beverage was the only area that needs improvement. Meals at both of the fine dining restaurants were overpriced for the quality- salty soup, over seasoned pasta, tiny burrata salad for $18 etc.. Coffee and pastries were not good either. If the food quality can be improved we would come back again and again and dine on property but in the future we will just go offsite. We will definitely be back!"

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable.I would recommend it and will stay there again. The outside pool area could have been better maintained. The cushions on some of the lounges were quite dirty. It is Florida and it did rain every afternoon we were there so that definitely didn't help. Overall it was a good stay. The restaurant seemed out of place and rarely open. We did not try it while there because of how many other restaurants were within walking distance. The location cannot be beat. You are right in the middle of the touristy A1A area and have so many options within half a mile walk either directions. The beach is also right there - maybe 100 feet. The boardwalk is also only a few minutes walking. I know charging for parking is common in St. Augustine but it felt excessive for the hotel to have a $20/per night resort fee and a $20 parking fee."
