Egrets' Landing has the best views of Matagorda Beach and is minutes from the Beach Entrance. Your cozy getaway awaits in Matagorda at this phenomenal condo. Located in a private gated HOA community. This amazing property offers exceptional views from both decks. Enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, and Heating (Central Heat & Electric Fireplace). Central AC. The 2 full bathrooms come equipped with a shower/ bathtub combo, vanity, and towels. This beach getaway is equipped for both long or short stays to make your beach vacation one to remember.
Enjoy 1 Downstairs Bedroom (Queen) with Full Bath. Loft Bedroom that has 1 Queen 1-Double Bed, Full Bath, and deck with an amazing view.
Fully Stocked Kitchen. Separate Dining area with a beautiful view. Guests will also enjoy a pantry that meets all your needs. Regular Coffee Maker & Keurig. Microwave, Full Stove with Oven. Cozy Living area perfect for making family memories, there are also games available in the Dining area. All Linens are provided as well as Paper Products. No Pets allowed. No Smoking!
Please supervise and closely monitor children on the decks, stairs, and loft areas.
Bahia de Matagorda is a private HOA Community that offers many additional amenities. There is a pool for ONLY Guests and owners. Guests are allowed use of the pool. Guests may not invite off-premise guests to swim. Pool is exclusive to our guests and owners only. You must bring Pool Tag to present to management at the pool upon request. No Pets allowed at the pool and NO GLASS. A shower is available to rinse off beach sand. Please do not carry any sand into the pool this includes clothing, shoes, and beach toys. Use the shower to rinse!! Lagoon is catch and release only. No Cast Nets allowed. No swimming in the Lagoon.
Please be aware there are owners that live here full time. Please be respectful. No Parties, large gatherings or Events are allowed. Drive slowly on Bahia de Matagorda Roads, watch for children. Absolutely No Open Flames (tikis, candles) or grilling on Condo Decks.
