O quarto tem uma vista linda e a cama é bem confortável. No entanto, a limpeza, estrutura e alimentação deixam muito a desejar. No primeiro dia foram fazer a limpeza do meu quarto 17h30.. no segundo, limparam e não deixaram papel higiênico… o frigobar é abastecido com água… apenas! A comida é mediana e muito aquém do que esperávamos pelo preço que pagamos. Adicionalmente, caso você queira ir para as atrações e queira beber uma água, você terá que reembolsar 5 reais. Existe uma vilazinha, aberta aos resorts, com programação diária, mas, tudo você precisa pagar.

Ala Terra

Muito boa a experiencia na Ala Terra do Sauipe Resorts. Desde a recepção, com destaque para Jessica que nos conseguiu um excelente quarto com um "mimo" ainda e de um rapaz com cavanhaque que infelizmente não lembro o nome. A estrutura em torno da piscina necessita de manutenção e a água estava gelada (Quem sabe uma piscina aquecida no futuro? rsrs) mas é um bom local para relaxar e aproveitar. As refeições no geral foram boas, só precisando melhorar as pizzas e o yakissoba que estavam abaixo da média. Disponibilidade de bebidas bem interessante para um hotel que não é considerado Premium. No dia 28/06 houve um concurso de quadrilhas na Arena (Excelente estrutura), havia a informação que seria ate as 23horas, mas quando chegamos pouco depois das 20hs, já tinha terminado e estava acontecendo um show. Ficamos tristes por não ter visto o concurso. A estrutura de todo o complexo não deixa a desejar em nada. No geral é uma experiência que vale a pena.

Maravilhoso!

Foi incrível! Tudo lá é maravilhoso, a fauna bem presente, por varias vezes, conseguimos ver os animaizinhos da região. Várias atrações ao decorrer do dia. Muita comida o tempo todo. A área da piscina é bem ampla, com viários petiscos. O quarto é sensacional, gigante. A cama extremamente macia e bem grande. O banheiro tem dois chuveiros e o fato de ter sabonete, shampoo e condicionador a disposição, reduziu e muito minha bagagem. Além disso o pessoal do maleiro, super atenciosos, se dispondo a levar nossa bagagem. As meninas da limpeza, nossa! Que capricho e que educação. A vila também é bem divertida, super pertinho do hotel, mas tinha o ônibus que faz o trajeto, facilitando ainda mais a nossa vida. Lá na vila tem varias atrações e brincadeiras. Por fim, gostaria de ressaltar a galera da recepção. Que atenção e paciência! Super educados, cordiais, tiraram todas as nossas dúvidas, em especial Jéssica Vieira, que nos deu uma atenção especial, transformando o nosso check-out mais especial e deixando mais difícil de dizer adeus. Enfim, eu amei e pretendo voltar com toda certeza.

Já foi melhor.O complexo caiu de qualidade.Desde o check in filas enormes e demora no atendimento.No balcão de atendimento os funcionários desconheciam as principais atrações e atividades do clube infantil e da vila da praia.Ao chegar no quarto não havia cesto de lixo,nem edredons e o figrobar tinha apenas água. No restaurante,não havia nenhum atendimento na mesa dos hóspedes …tínhamos que pegar nossas bebidas.Os funcionários preocupados apenas em limpar as mesas. Piscinas antigas,com rejuntes mal cuidados.
