"I am so glad I chose this hotel; it was the perfect home base for my trip. I spent half my time exploring the north and the other half in the city center, and this location made navigating both areas seamless. The front desk team was incredible, taking all the stress out of my logistics by coordinating my transportation perfectly. Beyond the convenience, the hotel itself is beautiful. My room was spacious and very comfortable, and the food at the on-site restaurant—both for breakfast and dinner—was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!"

"Clean hostel, short walk from the beach. Friendly staff, nice restaurant. Lights continuously flickered which was annoying but the WiFi worked most of the time (cuts in and out sporadically). No hot water. A few small shops nearby for drinks and snacks."

"We had a great stay at Yachay. The staff is very caring. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious. The hotel is surrounded by nature and therefore very relaxing. I wished there was a larger pool but we appreciated the jacuzzi and made good use of it. The hotel is very close to the entrance of the park but has some steep stairs, therefore not for people with mobility issues. You have to get tickets for the park as the hotel is inside the park. Entrance to the park is only until 3 pm so you need to plan for that. The room we got was nice, there is no TV, but not a big deal for us. A/C worked fine except for one night when it turned off due to issues with the power grid in general, it went back up eventually. The room was cool enough with open windows alone though. Bed was confortable and the room was very clean. We had a car and were able to park in the hotel and just drive to the beginning of the trail to the beach in early morning which was very convenient. I would definitely come back when visiting Parque Tayrona."

"The rooms, were clean, however they could seal up the wood better, as mosquitos can get in. The staff are very nice and try their beat. The pool is beautiful and the breakfast and food was great. "

"The hotel and the rooms are very beautiful, and it’s a great place for a relaxing “beach and pool” vacation. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was very nice. The cleanliness was reasonable, but we had to ask several times before the room was properly cleaned. The food is average. The breakfast is quite basic and the prices are high. The same applies to most food products in the area. If you plan to cook during your stay, it’s recommended to bring groceries from the city in advance."
