"Our kids always have a great time here, but the place needs an upgrade. Twice I have been in the hotel room and it has such a musty smell that my affects my allergies. They try to cover it up with a ton of spray which is also awful. Check-in took forever too. But it is a place where the kids have happy memories, just needs an upgrade."
"The setting is idyllic. Every detail is so well fought out. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Ideal for a wedding venue. And the extraordinary Jeanne Macdonald, Cabaret singer Park excellence every Labor Day in the event room. My husband and I will definitely be returning many times.
My husband and I"
"Stayed here for one night when we were attending a concert in Bethel. The place is absolutely darling and very quaint. Now keep in mind, it is an extremely old house built in 1897. Of course the bathrooms were small back then. The place was immaculate And the lady at the desk was so helpful. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. If you want on a sit on the front porch in a rocker with a cup of coffee in the morning then it’s the place for you. If you want a brand new huge bathroom, then go stay at the Hilton. Without a doubt, I will stay there again"
