Beautiful, well equipped hotel in a great location near the train station

The front counter staff were fantastic possibly as good as I have ever encountered The rooms are well appointed and very generous with massive balcony

Very close to the centre of Clermont Ferrand. Shops and cafes nearby, and a lovely view of the town's square.

When you arrive you are greeted by very welcoming staff along with an aperitif and snack on the terrace overlooking stunning Lyon The restaurant, Terraces of Lyon, is a 1 star Michelin with chef Davy Tissot. We enjoyed a sumptuous degustation dinner that was again well serviced. .Room was a one bedroom; very clean and bed very comfortable

Loved this hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for three people. Lots of cupboard space. The third person had a unique area that felt private to them. Would stay again!

Great location, adjacent central shopping area and short walk to Rue Mercière with lots of dining options. Rooms were clean & a good size. Hotel was just lovely with a lively bar. The standout feature was the magnificent old world elevator with glass sides. Overall, the Carlton Hotel Lyon was the perfect package!

Location ok, but difficult to find Sat nav sent us to the middle of a housing estate! But service absolutely brilliant - even when we arrived at 2am.
