"Rezeption nur teilweise besetzt, kann einfache Fragen nicht beantworten. Völlig frustriert, Personalmangel. Frühstücksbuffet am 1. Tag um 9:30 Uhr völlig abgeräumt, kein Mitarbeiter in Sicht. Frühstück wurde ab dem 2. Tag in einem Hotel 2 km entfernt angeboten, zumindest wurde dafür ein Fahrer bereitgestellt. Dafür musste man jeden Morgen den türkischen Eigentümer anrufen. Zimmerreinigung wurde gar nicht durchgeführt. Buchen Sie dieses Hotel lieber nicht !"
