thank you for such a lovely stay at the villa - we have loved pretending it's our home for the week and made the most of every part of the house! The pool area is wonderful. Absolute bliss! Everyone, both children and adults enjoyed the swimming pool - especially the diving board! We didn't ever want to leave the water!

we had lovely two weeks here. We absolutely enjoyed the pool. The house is awesome and we felt very at home here. We visited Lucca twiceand and love it there. We have been three times at the beach but the kids preferred the swimming pool. thank you for having us we loved every second here!

At the reception very hospitable by the owner. Walked through the house together to familiarize yourself with the many rooms in which you can stay. We enjoyed the beautiful location of the fully furnished house with beautiful swimming pool. In the morning, enjoy a nice breakfast on the balcony and enough space to spend the whole day. After a day out, take a dip in the pool. Enjoy a BBQ on the terrace in front of the house, or relax under the roof by the pool. There is plenty to do in the area, with Viareggio, Pisa and Lucca a short distance away. Greetings, family. Janssens

Das Haus ist sehr schön und großzügig aufgeteilt. Wir haben das Haus mit 6 Personen und mehreren Hunden belegt und konnten uns adäquat auf 3 Bäder verteilen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Räumlichkeiten zum Essen und Aufhalten sowie die Schlafzimmer sind im italienischen Stil individuell eingerichtet, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat. Wir haben uns meistens auf dem Balkon oder auf der schönen überdachten Terrasse beim Pool aufgehalten, wo wir auch gegrillt haben (ein vernünftiger Weber-Grill ist vorhanden). Der Pool ist der Hammer. Riesengroß, im vorderen Bereich 3 m tief und mit einem Sprungbrett ausgestattet. Mehrere Liegen und Sonnenschirme stehen zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist riesengroß, sehr schön angelegt und - was für Reisende mit Hund wichtig ist - er ist komplett ausbruchssicher eingezäunt. Vom Haus aus kann man prima mit den Hunden durch Olivenhaine laufen. In einer nahe gelegenen Landwirtschaft mit Ölmühle haben wir sehr gutes Olivenöl gekauft. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, Cinque Terre und schöne Strände). Einziger Wermutstropfen: Geräuschkulisse durch die Lage direkt unterhalb der Autobahn und oberhalb einer viel befahrenen Strada Statale (allerdings gewöhnt man sich mit der Zeit daran). Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns in Il Corbezzolo sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind sehr gut - vollständig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr geräumig. Drei der Schlafzimmer haben Klimagerät. Es gibt einen wirklich schönen Garten mit sehr viel Platz, Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Sehr viel Geschirr. Der Pool richtig groß und tief, sehr sauber, toller überschatteter Aufenthaltsbereich, extra Toilette. Wird immer sauber gehalten ! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr netter Kontakt während des Aufenthalts via WhatsApp bei Fragen. Die Umgebung ist klasse, tolle Landschaft, sehr schöne Ausflüge z.b nach Lucca - jedoch Pisa nicht so lohnend. Das Meer bei Viareggio ist 20 min entfernt. Zahlreiche mit Liegen ausgestattete Zugänge(kostenpflichtige Liegen) aber auch freie Strände. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten - auch private und beschattete Angebote (Parken am Strand ca. 10 Euro pro Tag) Parkplätze auf den Grundstück. Zwei PKW möglich. Hintereinander. Strom wird extra berechnet- unsere Kosten durch Klimannutzung, Pool, 8 Personen, für zwei Wochen recht hoch. Die Stromnutzung wird mit der Kaution - 400 @ bei der Ankunft - korrekt verrechnet. Viele Mücken in der gesamten Region- zu empfehlen sind die italienischen Produkte: Mücken Spiralen und ital. Mückenschutz. Unsre deutschen Produkte hatten kaum Wirkung. Wichtig für Kinder: kühlende Stifte für danach !

Sehr schöne, stilvolle und großzügige Unterkunft. Supertoller Pool. Perfekte Lage für Toskana und für Strandurlaub. Beides ist perfekt möglich. Sehr gutes Restaurant direkt nah an der Unterkunft. Autobahnbrücke stört nicht, allerdings recht viel Verkehr unterhalb des Grundstücks. Dort kann man nicht gut in den Ort laufen. Autofahren funktioniert perfekt. Auch mit dem Bus in beide Richtungen super, Haltestelle ist direkt unterhalb des Grundstücks. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Hund hat sich ebenso sehr wohl gefühlt- Komplett umzäunt.

Lage und Bewertung des Objekts

Gemäss Ausschreibung : " kann die Autobahn manchmal gehört werden " tatsache ist aber das man die Autobahn und Verbindungsstrasse 24 Std permanent hört und man die Autos zählen kann da die Autobahnbrücke direkt am Grundstück vorbei geht ! Nicht wirklich erholsam ! Abrechung / Strompreis extrem teuer ! Im unteren Badezimmer , Aussenwand starker Schimmelbefall, Wasser in den Duschen und Badewanne fliesst fast nicht ab, alles stand unter Wasser ! Das eine Doppelbett quischt bei jeder Bewegung , sorgte für schlaflose Nächte ! Pool und Aussenanlage sehr schön!

casa anni 70, compresi gli arredi. Disposta su più livelli, e con scale ripide sia all'interno che all'esterno della proprietà, quindi non accessibile per anziani e bambini. Posizione vicino alla autostrada e statale rumorosissima sia di giorno che di notte! Posto ideale per ragazzi, ma non per famiglie con anziani e bambini. Attenzione! alla fine del soggiorno il proprietario con vi sconta nulla. Anzi. sui conti dell'energia elettrica in 15 giorni ci ha addebitato 300 euro di bolletta.

A parte un piccolo disguido di comunicazione tra noi e il proprietario, risolto senza problemi, direi tutto ok. La casa dal vivo è ancora meglio rispetto alle foto, immersa completamente nel verde. Il proprietario a metà settimana ci ha lasciato una cassetta di verdura del suo orto e una bottiglia di olio del suo oliveto. Molto apprezzato! La spiaggia libera più vicina dista a 20 minuti al massimo di auto. Direi che è da tenere presente per futuri soggiorni.

Wir haben hier zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht und den schönen Garten sowie den tollen Pool genossen. Besonders haben wir uns über die Tomaten und das Oel gefreut. Es war toll, dass unsere Hunde frei im Garten sein konnten und die Kinder so viel Freiraum zum Toben hatten.
