"We had the most wonderful experience at Grand Hotel Hermitage & Villa Romita! From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of a family – and that’s what makes this place truly special. Everyone here treats you with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. The hotel is spectacular – peaceful, charming, and full of character. Even though it’s a little outside town, it’s absolutely worth the visit. They provide convenient transportation, so getting around is never a problem. A heartfelt thank you to Guillermo, the owner, for welcoming us so generously. Renato was fabulous – attentive, helpful, always with a smile. Paolo also took such great care of us. Our driver, Domenico, was professional and friendly, making every ride smooth. A very special mention to Antonino, our waiter, whose attention and kindness made every meal unforgettable. The food was excellent! We also met Renato’s aunt, Mrs. Maria, who was so kind and welcoming, adding even more to the family atmosphere. And of course, Rafael – simply spectacular, always ready to help. This hotel is more than a stay – it’s an experience filled with warmth, authenticity, and memories we’ll cherish forever. "This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and sunsets. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful. Our room was spacious and very well designed. Turn down service is an addded bonus to have fresh amenities and towels Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, pre-dinner drinks at the rooftop bar with wonderful sunsets. Dinner by the infinity pool is delicious and tranquil. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Fantastic place to stay outside of the hussle and bustle of Sorrento. Free shuttle bus to town every hour was priceless. Good breakfast options but was busy if you weren’t there early. "

"Beautiful resort, away from the hustle and bustle of town centre, peaceful, beautiful views, superb pool and opulent restaurant. Better to have a car, though we used public transport (bus), frequency was low but it was timely and saved us from driving on winding roads. Renting a car would have increased our mobility. View from the hotel was lovely, it was peaceful to sit in the terrace and watch sunset. Pool was excellent, kids loved it, it was busy and sun loungers were in high demand. Restaurant on the premises was great, better quality than some restaurants in the town and at better price and no cover charges. Staff was friendly and provided guidance wherever needed. Book tours from the hotel, more convenient at they offer pick and drop from the hotel. "

"This property is dreamy! It is peaceful (a much needed break from the crowds), has a gorgeous view of the sea, and the staff are super helpful and kind. We ate at the restaurant the night of our arrival and had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was fresh and delicious. I wish we could have stayed here a few extra days to just relax!"
