Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und sauber – wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Alles war genauso, wie beschrieben, und wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten unsere Handtücher vergessen, und der Vermieter hat uns sofort welche organisiert – ein toller Service!Ein kleiner Hinweis: Der fußläufig erreichbare Strand ist kein Sandstrand. Wer Sandstrand bevorzugt, erreicht diesen aber bequem in nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner Urlaub, wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (mit Ausnahme von Weingläsern ;-) ). Wenn es Fragen gab oder man einfach nur einen Tipp brauchte, waren Vermieter (Nino) und die Person vor Ort (Anna) immer erreichbar und haben schnell geholfen bzw. eine Empfehlung ausgesprochen. Wir haben die Wohnung als "Basis" für Ausflüge zu verschiedenen Stränden, nach Pisa, Florenz und den Cinque Terre und noch mehr genutzt. Für uns als Familie das ideale zu Hause auf Zeit.

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und gemütlich. Sie ist geräumig und die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß unter dem Dach. Erwachsene sollten sich eher nicht oben einquartieren (Stoßen an Dachschrägen). Die Ausstattung der Küche ist super, alles ist vorhanden. Zum ersten Mal fehlte uns nichts an Geschirr oder Utensilien zum Kochen. Der Ausblick auf die Berge vom Balkon (Wohnzimmer/Küche) aus war wirklich schön. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und die Straßen des Viertels sehr schmal. Der reservierte Parkplatz ein echter Pluspunkt. Der Strand war für uns auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert möglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Eine Herausforderung war lediglich die Aufforderung, bei Abreise alle Mülleimer leer zu machen, da täglich eine Müllsorte abgeholt wird und es keine großen Tonnen gibt (rechtzeitige Planung nötig).

Wir waren froh mit dieser Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist da, und hat funktioniert. Alles war sauber. Problemloser Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Alle sehr Nett. Ideal gelegen für schnelle Ausflüge nach Pisa etc . Schöne Strände findet man in 10 bis 15 Gehminuten.

Urlaub in Marina di Massa

Der Urlaub war sehr schön - 2 Wochen Sonne aber nicht zu heiß. Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung - schön und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und stand jederzeit über WhatsApp mit mir in Verbindung. Wir hatten wie immer unsere eigene Bettwäsche dabei sodass wir nichts benötigten - es war aber alles gewaschen und offensichtlich Sauber. Nur ein Tip für weitere Gäste. Vor dem Haus steht ihnen nur ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Da ich mit 2 Autos angereist bin war das nicht so Super - aber man hatte die möglichkeit in der Nähe am Sportplatz kostenfrei zu Parken - das war aber nur an Spielfreien Tagen möglich sodas man dan an der Hauptstraße parken musste. War nicht tragisch- soll auch nur ein Hinweis sein. Bis zum Sportplatz sind es ca.300 Meter. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Nino (den Vermieter) und seine Cousine die uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat. Alles liebe und gute für sie .

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet... Unten im Wohnzimmer, im Schlafzimmer und in einem Kinderzimmer befinden sich Klimaanlagen... In dem anderen Zimmer befindet sich ein Ventilator... Außerdem steht auf einem Balkon eine Waschmaschine, die gut funktioniert. Unser hat lediglich der Stein-Strand, der fußläufig erreichbar ist, nicht gefallen... Aber alles in allem haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt... Vielen Dank

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge und abendlichen Strandbesuch. Schöne, saubere Wohnung, Schlafzimmer im OG mit niedriger Deckenhöhe aber zum Schlafen völlig o.k. Vermieter und Kontakt vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und empfehlen die Wohnung weiter!

Casa Vacanze

Casa molto accogliente e pulita, la signora Anna, la signora del check in è stata molto gentile e simpatica, ci ha fatto vedere l'appartamento e ci ha dato delle dritte per andare in spiaggia che fra l'altro è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa, c'è un solo posto auto, a 3 km c'è il centro commerciale con il Carrefour all'interno per fare la spesa, lì vicino c'è anche un parco divertimenti per i più piccoli con i go kart a batteria gonfiabili ecc, il mercato in zona partaccia è molto bello e pieno di cose carine, a circa 5 km dalla casa a Marina di Massa c'è un ottimo ristorante che si chiama "la carretta" dove si mangia molto bene e si spende il giusto. Mi sono trovato molto bene.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt und auch sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Fußweg zum Kiesstrand ca. 500 Meter, mit dem KFZ/ Rad auch schöne Sandtrände gut zu erreichen. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge zum Bsp. nach Pisa, Florenz u.ä.. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Noi cercavamo un punto di partenza per visitare l'entroterra di questa zona, ma alla fine ci siamo goduti il mare. L'appartamento è spaziosissimo, molto comodo, la struttura è recente. "La casa è molto bella e comoda e fornita di tutto, (attenzione che una delle 3 camere è un po'' bassa ma ci sono comunque due ulteriori divani letto nel soggiorno che è spazioso). L''alloggio è nuovo, è in una zona un po'' periferica ma il contesto è molto pulito e signorile. La spiaggia di sabbia libera più bella e vicina e gli altri stabilimenti balneari sono a circa un 1,5 km a piedi (verso sud). E'' consigliato avere la macchina quindi per spostarsi. Comunque consigliato!"

Casa finemente arredata ed accessoriata. Parte mansarda un po calda, ma presente condizionatore. Un po distante dai servizi, ma in zona sono presenti alcuni negozi, fra i quali consiglio la rosticceria "Ricci", veramente ottima. Proprietari gentilissimi. Consigliato.
