A special mention goes to Matthew from the restaurant service, who was exceptional. He was always kind, helpful, friendly, and greeted us with a genuine smile. His warm nature and attentive service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Matthew is a real asset to the property, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. "Great location, a short walk from the town centre and the excellent Merano therm baths (the pool photo in the pictures with the property). The room was really nice with AC, it was large and well equipped. There is a pretty patio on the roof. With nice views of the mountains. The parking onsite is really useful but quite expensive. A lovely place."
