" Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families."

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"Beautiful and modern hotel including heated floors and towel warmers in the bathroom with friendly, helpful staff especially when we only could speak English. Loved our mountain view from our room and enjoyed the sauna area. Breakfast was delicious - we were treated to freshly made eggs just for us! Would stay there again!"

"The hotel is very beautiful, but I didn’t fully understand the concept. There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. In the end, guests order takeaway pizza and are allowed to eat it in the luxurious lounges. Quite a curious contrast. "Really nice spacious room, friendly staff and a wonderful evening meal. Parking is a short walk away in a secure underground car park, if you have a super low slung car best to leave it in the open car park up top as the ramp is quite steep. Very welcoming staff"
