This charming retreat features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a bright open-concept living area, and a wraparound deck. Enjoy a kayak launch across the street, miles of scenic walking and biking trails, and nearby golf. Beautiful year-round! Only 10 minutes to Mashpee Commons for dining and shopping—an ideal base for exploring Cape Cod and day trips to Martha’s Vineyard.
The house is a located in the New Seabury community in Mashpee. It is a 5 minute walk to the popular Poponesset Spit beach and 2 miles from the Poppy Market and the New Seabury Club.
The entrance is located on the ground floor where you will find the full bathroom and 3 main bedrooms with queen beds each. Upstairs will lead you to an open floor plan that has the living room, kitchen and dining room. 4 Large sliding doors let all the light in and open it up to the deck.
