Cape Cod Retreat. Near Beaches and Amazing Pond
- Charming and cozy cottage conveniently located in the beautiful community of New Seabury, Cape Cod. Walking distance to a popular fresh water pond and a 5 minute drive or bike ride to the amazing South Cape Beach or Popponesset Inn & Marketplace. Private and quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac street. Terrific location close to restaurants, bike & nature paths, museums, movies, ice cream, shopping, the ocean and more! Great place for families, couples, and small groups of friends.
This cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dining and lounging space both indoors and out. The main level has a queen bedroom and full bath. Upstairs has a large queen bedroom, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, and another full bathroom. There's also an outdoor shower with hot water.
