I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.
I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Staff was able to get us tickets to the Lindt Museum the same day we asked (we tried getting tickets online and weren’t able to get tickets for at least 4 days in the future).

"Our room was extremely small we had no closet. The towels were also small n thin. There were no coffee or telephone. Whilst taking a shower the water ran into the floor making it a hazard.
