"Second stay at Alexandre Gala and the services provided met expectations, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The food was good and well-prepared. The room was clean and comfortable, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. The staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring all needs were met. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Staff in club lounge were amazing. We did go for breakfast in general restaurant and it was a bit hectic so we kept to the club lounge for our remaining stay. Our housekeeper Nancy (749) had our room spotless and was friendly, in fact all the staff in the hotel are friendly and this makes for an inviting and relaxing stay. We have stayed 5 times now and will return with preferred club. 3 out of 5 have been club so we obviously enjoy the extras that club offers, in particular the terrace and of course club lounge for breakfast. Oh also the live music at breakfast really does make you know you’re at a premium hotel. Feliz Navidad 🎄 Robert and Anne x"

"The apartment was great. Pool lovely. Staff helpful. The advertised free bus only runs once a day at 10:30. Only downsides: The single beds are hard and not comfy new mattress needed. The double and sofa are good. Location good use the local taxi company not uber. "
