Welcome to the Blue Water Hideaway, our beautifully renovated home on the water. Everything is new, fresh and clean. Views of the St. Clair River and Canada are unrivaled. Freighters, pleasure craft, and wildlife abound. After you descend 33 steps from the road level, you can settle in to this quiet gem with the bluest water in the world!

Class act all the way

We chose this home for the freighter traffic and it was all we hoped for. I have stayed at many VRBOs and the detail that Tammi gives to taste, quality and comfort shines above the rest. Very relaxing getaway!

Great Waterfront Getaway

When we get away, my favorite properties are waterfront; that was the filter that helped us find this great spot. We enjoyed being right on the water and discovered how much we loved watching for freighters and fishing boats! It was clean and comfortable, and we definitely recommend!

Really nice place.

Long weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views are amazing and make for a very relaxing time! The bed was comfortable, home was very clean, kitchen well equipped, check-in/out easy. The cons would be low water pressure in shower, no ottomans for the livingroom chairs and no railing of any kind to prevent a child or person with balance issues from falling off the deck into the riverr.

A totally enjoyable stay. All the reviews are correct and the house was very well done. The St Clair River was the highlight with wildlife and the ships. The beauty of the nearby River Walk added to the understanding of the area and its history. Great location.

Beautiful View!

A beautiful location for our girls reading weekend. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed having the fireplace on and watching the lights across the river each night, and sitting on the deck watching the freighters.

Me, my husband, our two adult sons enjoyed the stay, the view, and we walked and ate downtown Port Huron. We also did the Lady Huron Cruise which was very nice. Every morning we woke up to a beautiful view of the water.

Such a cute coastal decor cottage!!!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate our Anniversary. The pictures are very accurate of the property. It is so well appointed and clean. We really loved watching the freighters go by. I loved sitting there reading a book taking in the views & fireplace! We will definitely be back!

Very nice home with a great location. Many large freighters go by every day.

Very nice home. It shows a lot of thought and planning were put into having it ready for visitor's. Nice location with great restaurants, art fairs, farmers markets and wineries. Highly recommend the Green Barn Winery and the Milkhouse Ice Cream Shop in an actual Dairy barn.
