All privacy of booking through Staz was lost
While the property was fabulous and the location was gorgeous unfortunately the real estate agent you have to book this through is disappointing. They made us pay for half of the accommodation through their own private account. Then the agent made us fill in a preregistration form where i had to supply a photo of my drivers licence and my credit card. I felt this was a huge invasion of my privacy and took away all the saftey of booking the accommodation through the stayz website. If we weren't already committed to a family get together over Christmas i would have cancelled the booking amd asked for my money back.

Great size for 2 or 3 families, spacious, comfy beds, beautiful Mountain View’s and great wood fire heater. Our kids had a ball, great memories created. Highly recommend

Great house with amazing scenery
We had a fantastic stay at Kings View. Very spacious house with all amentities you need supplied. Amazing views from balcony and being autumn so pretty. Loved the wood fireplace, so warm and cozy.

Good layout, good facilities however cleanliness very questionable. When we brought the up with the property manager we received a very unsatisfactory response. Based on this would not stay again.

Perfect house in a perfect location
The house was perfect for our two families over Easter. It is well thought out and very clean. The kitchen is massive with plenty of bench space. The view from the lounge room is absolutely spectacular, especially with all the autumn colours in the landscaped gardens. Marysville is a beautiful town, plenty to do with the family.

We were pretty enjoyed to stay at kingsview, it has the amazing mountain view , sitting on the balcony, enjoy the beautiful autumn colors , this place is so clean and spacious, thanks for having us, hopefully we can stay next time for the snow trip.

Stunning house with a view
This house ticked all our boxes. The two distinct living areas are perfect for two families and the large indoor and outdoor living room with majestic views over the mountains can’t be beaten. Everything was perfect - very clean and well equipped, and spacious and comfortable. The gardens were beautiful and frequented by many birds. It is obviously a cared-for house.

Spectacular view
This is a great house for a weekend away for a group. We loved sitting by the fire and enjoying the ever-changing view out the window. Beautiful garden, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of firewood. Would highly recommend.

Few days with family
Well designed house has plenty of room with two living areas, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Superb gardens and views from living area and balcony. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Only criticism is that there seemed to be a strong mouldy smell on arrival which dissipated after airing of house.

Could not asked for a better place!! All the amenities you could expect and more. Kitchen fully stocked with condiments and basic supplies. Highly recommend staying here for a weekend away or to go up to lake mountain. Perfect weekend away!

Perfect property for a group weekend escape
The weekend of our stay in Marysville was cold wet and stormy. This house was perfect as we could enjoy the well appointed home, the magnificent view, the fabulous fireplace and not mind at all being indoors. We were even happy during the 6 hrs power blackout! We will definitely return.
