Joy Home Apartments - Bilo 2

Bilo 2 Joy Home this is a small solution holiday house in the complex with swimming pool to Maruggio just 2.5 km from the beautiful beaches of Campomarino, on the coast of taranto of the Alto Salento. 
The Bilo 2 is located on the ground floor, is equipped with air conditioning, internet wi-fi, washing machine and kitchenette. The Bilo 2 comfortably accommodates from 2 to 4 people.

The
Bilo 2 of Joy Home B&B and apartments is an apartment on the ground
floor. The entrance is in a courtyard that is shared with all guests of
the hotel. From this courtyard, a side-corridor leading to the pool and
at the entrance of the holiday house. The pool is located on the back along with a relaxation area. 
The
Bilo 2 has the entrance in a spacious living room with dining room and
sofa bed in the French. From here it passes to a fully equipped kitchen,
double bedroom and bathroom doccia.

The Joy Home is a complex of rooms in B&B and apartments Maruggio,
just 2 km from the beaches of Campomarino. Joy Home is located in a
residential area not a problem, but just 300 meters walk from the
entrance to the charming old town. 
Although small, Maruggio
offers all the main services. The beautiful soft sandy beaches and the
crystalline sea of Campomarino is located just 2.5 kilometres from the
residence. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
