"This hotel and staff deserve 5 full stars in every respect. 6 if possible!Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff including the manager, reception, cleaners, security and the restaurant personnel. The brilliantly laid out medium size room also deserves an award for the smart and pleasant layout and facilities including a large bathroom, wonderful shower, bed and large tv with delicious free coffee and tea and a good view especially at night. The location is excellent next to the subway, tram, bus, supermarket and shopping mall. Just a few stops to the tourist areas and this all at a fair price. Congratulations Hilton! -you got EVERYTHING right."

"I could give more stars if I could. This is a lovely clean hotel with very polite and helpful staffs. The environment is so clean and quite we had a very good stay here. We were travelling from UK to Turkey by car. Our first stop stay was this hotel as we left the following day 2 hrs later the kind gentlemen called us and has said we've forgotten out passport folder with all our documents and passports so we had to turn back from Hungary back to the hotel. He was so kind and helpful and has said he will wait at the hotel untill we arrived. We got our folder at last and it's all thanks to the young man at the reception."

"THE best bed we have ever slept in when away from home, so comfortable we got up late most days. Amazing bathroom with walk in shower (perfect for mobility issues), great communication from the host. Lacks a few basics in kitchen hence 4 not 5 star rating, no vegetable peeler, measuring jug, casserole dish / baking tray or draining board (there was a dishwasher but after cooking a meal due to allergens some things just need to be washed by hand). Cleaning service mid-week was unexpected but lady was lovely and swapped our towels. Would have liked a broom so we could sweep floor ourselves. TV allowed us to log into our Netflix account so we could watch programmes of our choice of an evening, great balcony and soundproofing. Overall very happy and would stay again. Florisdorfer station a 5 minute walk as advertised so very easy to get to central Vienna."
