Fantastic wheelchair accessible rooms, spacious bathroom with roll-in shower. Nice top floor bar/breakfast area and roof top terrace however no wheelchair access to the roof top terrace. Reliable airport taxi service bookable via the reception."

"Kind and helpful staff. We tried to contact the hotel about our dietary needs. There was no reply but the breakfast host helped as soon as she could after our arrival. There's also clearly a problem with the door keys losing their magnetic stripe data. Keep the cards away from phones and sources of magnetic fields or you will get locked out!"

"BED SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED WHEN ASKED I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT!! I HAD EVIDENCE SO I KNOW THEY WEREN'T CHANGED I DIDN'T MIND CHANGING THEM BUT FOR A GUEST TO HAVE TO CHANGE THEM IS 100% WRONG EVEN IF I WAS OFFERED HELP ITS NOT THE POINT BUT THIS WAS THE CLEANING CREWS FAULT NOT THE FRONT DESK A GUEST SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CHANGE THE SHEETS!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS ALSO LIGHTS WERE OUT IN MY ROOM TOTAL DARKNESS FUSE BLEW OR SOMETHING AND THE DAY BEFORE THE BATHROOM LIGHT WENT OUT WHEN USUNG HAIRDRYER THEY FIXED THAT TOO WHEN I GOT BACK AFTER BEING OUT ALL DAY NOT A BIG DEAL THEY QUICKLY FIXED THE ISSUE HOTEL IS FAR FROM THE CITY CENTER BUT THERE IS A TRAM RIGHT OUTSIDE SO THATS VERY CONVENIENT TO TAKE TO A MAIN METRO STATION PROS NICE HELPFUL RECEPTION CLEAN AREA "
