    This SINGLE LEVEL two bedroom (2 KING beds) one bath cabin is a personal favorite of the management company's. It is well decorated, fully equipped and has a Beautiful Lake View from the 10'x30' Totally Enclosed SCREENED porch.

    The single level ranch cabin is off a private drive and away from any traffic. Lakefront quiet cozy peacefulness is our by pines take you to Lake Hartwell and your private boat dock with a swim ladder. The dock is always in deep water. Tie up your boat or fish right off the dock. (You may fish anywhere on Lake Hartwell with either a Georgia or South Carolina fishing license).

    Convenient to the Tugaloo State Park Fishing Tournament Ramp. Also near Holcomb Access Ramp in Martin, GA this home is on a quiet cove with direct access and a gorgeous view of the lake.

    Located about 2 mile from the Bruce Creek Fishing Park and launch ramp.

    Bedrooms each have King beds with newer mattresses and the living room has a new full size sleeper sofa.

Another Wonderful Stay!

This is our second time staying at the great property. Perfect getaway in a quiet neighborhood right on the lake. We love being able to get out on our paddle board and fishing kayak! Great screened in porch and clean, comfortable house. Thanks for having us!! We will be back!

Perfect Lake Getaway

Comfortable Cottage

Very pleased, cottage clean and comfortable. Wonderful lake view and only a few minutes walk to the fishing / swimming dock. The drive to the cottage from town about 15 minutes but worth every minute of the drive. We enjoyed our week by the lake and would stay again - hopefully this summer (2024).

Get away from it all

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. Unfortunately, the fish were not biting while we were there, but it was cold and the water was down. The place clean and was really away from it all.

Quiet lake getaway

Had a nice, relaxing time at this cabin on the lake. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, didn't get a chance to go out on the lake. The screened-in porch was a nice place to play Scrabble. Quiet neighborhood.

Relaxing Long Weekend!!

My daughter and I, plus our two tiny dogs, had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing long weekend. The house is tiny but completely met our needs. The bed and living room furniture are comfy. We had one rainy day, but the roomy screened porch allowed us to enjoy the gentle rain. This is our 2nd stay at this house. We’d love to come back soon!

This property is so cute and inviting. Everything you need is right there. There is even a small selection of movies, games and books. My husband and I sat on the porch playing cards several times during our stay. We look forward to booking this place again.

After a stressful few months, we were looking for a quiet change of pace. Your cabin was perfect. Very clean. The lake view was peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. And, my favorite was the screened porch.

Older, small, but "lake life" decorated! Porch was really nice for sitting and relaxing. Could have used a couple of small outdoor rockers there. Bedrooms (2), each with king beds were comfy, but could have used better outlet placement - goes with the 60's-ish construction, though. Be prepared for a small but totally okay bathroom/shower.

Nice and quiet

We loved the peaceful relaxing cottage. We would have liked ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the one one the patio didn’t work properly. The only gripe though minor, was we had to clean the grill before use and the TV channel was not accurate. We will probably reserve again as we really enjoyed the quiet. Thanks.

Very clean. A few minor issues that did not affect our stay. A few of the chairs are broken and are not suitable for an adult. Also, the dryer was not working, so unable to dry towels. Great location and looking forward to our next stay. Unable to contact office/property manager at number provided and mailbox was full.

The kitchen looks great! Nice job. I love visiting the cottage and hope to continue to visit. I’m getting older and the furniture is too. We are starting to hurt each other. It’s hard to find a comfortable place to sit inside or out. Hopefully this is a consideration for the next improvement. Please don’t be offended .LOL

Clean and quiet

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, quiet and very clean lakefront property. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch looking out at the cove. Pros: The cabin was very clean, the king size beds were comfortable, the cabin was fully stocked and tastefully decorated. We spent a lot of time on the dock fishing, and when not fishing, we were relaxing in the large screened in porch, enjoying the lake view. If you want to get away for a little peaceful enjoyment or some active lake activities, this is the place to be. Cons: (Small problem). The ceiling fan in the screened-in porch was not working which made it difficult to stay out there while the temperatures were in the 90's. We didn't contact the owners, but instead went to Walmart, purchased a box fan, and our problem was solved.
