"Pet friendly and the front desk staff were great. I can’t remember his name, but I asked if there was any way to get a room closer to a door and the waterpark and he was able to upgrade us. Super helpful and really nice about it.
My son came in crying because, well… siblings being siblings 😂 and he had gotten hurt. One of the security staff was so sweet and went to find him some cookies. We ended up leaving before she got back, and she actually came all the way out to the parking lot to bring them to him. That little extra effort honestly meant a lot.
I was a little iffy about the parking lot because I noticed someone who looked like they were scoping out vehicles. I called the front desk and they immediately had someone go take a look around.
Overall, 10/10 experience with the staff. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, kind and took our concerns seriously.
The room was clean. It is an older hotel, so some things are a little outdated and the walls are a bit thin.
It was also quite busy, with a lot of unsupervised kids running around. If I was staying more than one night, I probably would have had more of an issue with it. But as someone who was on the tail end of a two-week vacation and is also a mom of two kids, I know exactly how much energy kids can have. 😂"
