Completely renovated, it combines authenticity with modern comfort, featuring tasteful decor that blends fine materials, elegant furnishings, and local touches. The cottage features a large, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and four bedrooms—ideal for families or getaways with friends. Outside, you’ll enjoy a spacious, tree-lined garden—a true haven of peace—with two terraces: one sunny for your summer meals, the other shaded by majestic trees, perfect for a nap or a moment of reading in the cool. A pétanque court rounds out this welcoming setting, perfect for relaxed evenings in the countryside. The cottage is located just a few minutes from the medieval village of Martel, nicknamed “the town of seven towers.” There, you can stroll through the market, explore its cobblestone streets, visit local artisans, and enjoy its fine restaurants. Nearby, the Dordogne and Lot valleys offer magnificent walks, iconic sites such as Rocamadour and the Padirac Chasm, as well as charming, listed villages like Carennac and Autoire.
