Close to the Marais Poitevin, the Vendée: its beaches 40 minutes away and Puy du Fou Park 1 hour 15 minutes away, Royan and La Palmyre zoo 1 hour away, Poitiers and the Futuroscope 1 hour 30 minutes away. In Marsilly, a coastal village, it is possible to practice plaice fishing and golf (18 holes). <br>Relaxing house with open views of the fields, very functional and spacious. Cycle paths bordering the sea from Esnandes (village 3 km from Marsilly) to the bridge of the Ile de Ré (5 adult bikes available).<br>500 m2 wooded and fenced garden: swing, barbecue, petanque court, picnic table, ping pong table, trampoline, outdoor games for children. Large parking (To be shared with 2 other cottages) <br>Private terrace if you want solitude or terrace in front of the barbecue to exchange with other holidaymakers while the children play in complete safety.

Maison très propre et spacieuse, jardin clos très bien pour les enfants (jeux, balançoire, table ping pong) barbecue et table à disposition en plus de notre propre terrasse Un petit bémol il y a pas mal de mouches. Très bien pour la tranquillité, véhicule obligatoire pour se déplacer
