"Everything was fine but no washer and dryer"

"The beautiful historic house was spacious and inviting for our 15 family members. It was a treat to be able to walk downtown, especially for visits to the coffee shops and restaurants. Kitchen is small for cooking for large groups, but having a big pantry was a plus. The family spent many hours on the front porch. Lindy, the hostess, was very easy to work with and answered all questions quickly."

"The small Homey Cottage was perfect for our weekend weeding in Madison County. The location right near downtown Marshal was an easy walk away. The mouuntains and scenery is breathtaking in the whole area. If your plans have you going this way, i recommend staying here and spending time with the Good People of Marshal!!"

I love that Valerie and Zak provided us with a manual for the house it made everything so much easier and answered a lot of my questions! They provided us with small necessities that made me very appreciative, even did a great job including items for the dogs! This place was perfect and clean, the location of the cabin made it very peaceful. "

"We had such a great time at this beautiful and super comfortable place. The views were gorgeous, and the whole house had such a warm, welcoming vibe. Everything was set up really well—especially the kitchen, which was stocked with all the cookware and tools we needed.!The owner was fantastic—great communication the whole way through, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. You can tell they really care about making guests feel at home. They even had dog bowls out for our pup, which was such a thoughtful touch.It was the perfect spot for family fun—everyone from the kids to the grandparents (and the dog!) felt right at home. We’d definitely come back again!"

"Where do ai begin. It wasn’t as pictured it was BETTER. The house is gorgeous, spacious and the absolute perfect location. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. It’s extremely clean, and cozy. The only part I could add is just an FYI the house pops with temperature change and it sounds like someone walking. It was a good laugh for us , but overall this house is a 12/10. "
