Beautiful oceanfront cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy living the day, unwinding and switching off the cell phone. Somewhat out of the way, but with everything you need in a few minutes by car, this spot offers the opportunity to explore Guysborough and its surroundings. The coast and trails can be discovered. Just 25 minutes from Highway 104, there is also the opportunity to make a stop on the way to Cape Breton and enjoy time at a very special spot.

Paradise!

The cottage was absolutely stunning! The view was amazing and the beach was close, though the stairs down were tricky to navigate, especially for our little dog! Beautiful spot, will definitely search for a chance to return!

Booking this cottage was a great choice for a much needed weekend getaway.Cottage is perfectly located with a spectacular ocean view.Very clean inside and out.The cottage is situated on a very peaceful setting.My communication with the owner was also very good with prompt responses to all my questions..We will definitely be returning to this property probably sooner than later.

Heaven on Earth

This may not be everyone’s idea of Heaven on Earth, but it is mine! So quiet and remote with direct ocean front access. The view when you pull up is incredible. The cottage was exactly as described. It had everything we needed, and some things we had forgotten. Small on stature, but cozy and comfy and quiet. I appreciated there was no tv but has good wifi and some puzzles and games. Even a crib board! Yay!!If you need a place to unwind and hear your own thoughts, this is the place. I definitely want to go back.

I'm guessing this is a very old cottage and was rustic but very comfortable. It seems like you are out in the middle of nowhere. Very quiet. We had problems finding it when we arrived after dark. If you want an old time feel this is the place. Great water views.
