"Tia is amazing! She is the reason that I continue to stay at this place. She’s so polite, professional and cheerful all the time. If it wasn’t for her I probably would not stay in Marshall for work. Rooms are comfy, cozy, and clean. Everything works as it should. Property is an overall fantastic condition. "

"Terrible!! Go somewhere else. They never provided room service, never had clean towels, when you’d bring your dirty towels down which was every single day, you’d have to wait until the clean ones got done in the dryer, tv only had 1 channel, lights didn’t work, receptionist was never at the front desk, I called the manager Kendra & she said she was going to comp me a night for my troubles, she never did, I called and left several messages but never heard anything back. Bad part of town also!! I’d never recommend anyone wasting their money here. "
