Great traveling stop

I needed to stop on a trip driving from New Orleans to Dallas, and this hotel met my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and it was very clean. Also easy off, easy on the highway.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Hotel in Marshall for the weekend, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic stay. A special mention must go to Shelby H., the manager, whose dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Shelby's friendly demeanor and attentive service made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure our accommodations were perfect, and his personal touch significantly enhanced our visit.

It’s dated, nore more dated than I remebered the last time I stayed a few months ago. It’s not as clean as I remember. It’s just the bathroom floor grout that seems like it could stand to get cleaned better. Other than that, the hotel is cool. The grassy areas for the dog is decent. The grass is clean and thick. It’s cut! All good!
