You can fall asleep lulled by the sound of waves in the background, and the slamming of the masts of sailboats.

☆ Bathroom 3: Privatized with the Garden Side room, bright and naturally lit, this bathroom is equipped with a tropical wood double sink unit, and a walk-in shower.

The East terrace:
Large east-facing terrace accessible from the kitchen and dining area, it is equipped with a bench, two armchairs and coffee table, as well as a small round table and chairs, this space is perfect for having an aperitif, coffee or a small digestif!

The West terrace:
Terrace sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola with adjustable slats. Directly accessible from the living room, it is equipped with a summer kitchen and with a stone sink, a dining area with a long table for 8 guests, completed with a round table for 4 guests. All overlooking a garden with trees and flowers, extended by the relaxation and swimming pool area.

The rooftop/Solarium: facing south and accessible exclusively from the Suite on the Sea Side. You will enjoy a panoramic view of the port of Carro and the open sea. You will be able to contemplate this shade of blue where the sea merges with the sky, comfortably installed in a deckchair or bench.

The pool area:
The swimming pool with a dimension of 6m×3m with a depth of 1.4m works with salt, you can bask in the sun or in the shade of a superb fig tree on the benches and deckchairs at your disposal or on the exotic wood deck. A waiver of liability and a regulation of use must be signed before using the pool and sports equipment.

We also provide you with free swimming goggles, inflatable mattresses, masks and snorkels for snorkelling, a small fishing kit to start, children's games, board games etc.

On request, we can also provide you with a free outdoor fitness area, with skipping rope, dumbbells, barbell, boxing bag and gloves, yoga mats, etc.

We attach particular importance to respecting instructions, living together, respecting the neighbourhood, and ecology. We live most of the year in this house, so we will ask you to take care of our villa, to avoid waste, as if it were your place to live.
